Payment methods:

– Payment is available via PayPal.
– You do not need a PayPal account to pay with Paypal, just a credit or debit card.
– Our processing/production time begins once payment has been cleared.

Terms:

– Payment is due at time of purchase.

Production time:

– All our items are handmade. Production time is 1-2 weeks, except for oil painting (3-4 weeks) plus delivery which is 3-9 business days in U.S.

Tax:

– We collect sales tax only for items ordered in Florida.

Cancellation:

– Please choose your item carefully. ALL OUR SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS NO EXCHANGES. Check our refund policy for further details.

Shipping:

Every piece we make is carefully inspected to ensure it meets our high quality standards. Therefore, we take special attention to wrapping and packing it before shipping to ensure our customer receives his/her item as it was seen in our online store.

All our shipments are sent with tracking, insurance and require the signature of the recipient upon delivery.

We do NOT refund shipping charges. Check our refund policy for further details.

Refunds and Exchanges:

ALL OUR SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS NO EXCHANGES.

We strives to make every item displayed on our website as accurate as possible, but we do not guarantee the colors are exactly the same as the real material.

Due to the large variation of monitors, video cards, operating systems, and internet browsers and the effects each has on each other, we can not guarantee the colors displayed on our website.

If decision of purchasing an item from our store is based on EXACT color matching please be aware we cannot provide such feature and therefore RETURNS are not accepted due to color appreciation.

Refunds are only provided in the event any of this happens:

– Item was damaged during shipping. You MUST CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY within 3 business days of receiving the item and send us photos of the damage including the packing to customercare@bbartsandcrafts.com. Notice we will follow the steps provided by the shipping carrier to file the claim and give you the refund.

– We shipped the wrong item. Please contact us immediately by email: customercare@bbartsandcrafts.com to solve this matter.

– We do NOT refund shipping charges if item is late/lost by the shipping carrier. That is beyond our control. You must contact the carrier immediately.
